Order Processing & Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS within 72 hours of an order being placed. Tracking information will be sent by UPS when the order has shipped.

For in-store pick up, a notification email will be sent when the order is ready.

 

Sales Tax, Customs and Duty

For Canadian orders, all appropriate local and provincial sales taxes will be added to your order where applicable.

For US and International orders, all customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the receiver according to the applicable laws of your country and will be billed separately by the shipping carrier. Any shipments refused by the receiver will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee to be deducted from the amount refunded.

 

AGO Gift Cards

You may pay for your online purchases with your activated AGO Gift Card.

 

Credit Cards and Currency

All pricing is shown in Canadian currency.

We accept the following credit cards:

• MasterCard
• American Express

Your credit card will be charged the day that you place your order.

 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirmation and order summary the day of order placement.

To continue to recieve notifications on your order, ensure that [email protected] and [email protected] are added to your safe senders list.

 

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation will be accepted via email within 24 hours of order placement.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Earrings and special-order items are not returnable.

Eligible returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt and the merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.

Returns may be made in-store or by mail.

 

By mail, eligible returns will only be accepted if notified in advance by e-mail, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Applicable refunds will be issued once the items have been received and inspected.
