Order Processing & Shipping

Due to safeguards in place to protect our employees and carrier timelines, shipments may be delayed.

We’re reopening on July 2 to AGO Members / Annual Pass Holders,  and on July 23 to everyone purchasing single tickets.  FAQ's 

Our in-store pick up option is currently unavailable. 

We will be assembling and shipping orders on Thursdays and Fridays, for all orders received by mid-day Wednesday of the same week. Orders received after Wednesday mid-day will be processed the following week. 

Shipping is available to most destinations within Canada and the U.S. 

We offer UPS Canada Standard  and UPS US Standard.

Some heavy or bulky items may require additional shipping charges. We will communicate any additional charges to you prior to shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.

To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter your address or account information and proceed to the “Delivery Information” page. 

Sales Tax, Customs and Duty

Sales taxes are charged to Canadian shipping addresses by province. All customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver according to the applicable laws of your country.  Customs and duty charges will be billed separately by the shipping carrier.

AGO Gift Cards

You may pay for your online purchases with your activated AGO Gift Card.

Credit Cards and Currency

All pricing is shown in Canadian currency.

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express

Your credit card will be charged the day that you place your order.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirmation and order summary the date you place your order.

Please keep your Order Confirmation Number for purposes of order tracking.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation will be accepted via email within 24 hours of initial placement of order.

Returns

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of shipment.

We will only accept returns if we have been notified in advance by e-mail of your intention to return the merchandise.

The merchandise must be in original condition, accompanied by the sales receipt and shipped back to shop AGO prepaid in the original packaging. All refunds will be tendered as per the original purchase. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received, provided it is in original condition. We will not refund any shipping or duty charges. Earrings, tableware and special order items are not returnable.
