A recipe with barrel aged Islay single malt scotch from a 200 year old distillery is what makes our Single Malt Nº16 special. Unhurried, it imbues a subtle boozy, peaty flavour when warmed in the mouth after several minutes. If you're not a scotch drinker you likely will not pick up on the subtlety of Nº16 because it is soaked with premium single malt then kiln dried, leaving behind flavours deep in the wood of the toothpick.
These toothpicks are made with very old, very good, very expensive single malt scotch and are a pain in the arse to make. This time consuming process is unique to Daneson, and the resulting toothpicks are for those who enjoy finer things in life.
Daneson makes small batch flavoured toothpicks. We only use premium natural ingredients like essential oils and single malt scotch. These oils give our sticks a subtle aroma and an experience that is unique from batch to batch, changing over time much like a fine wine.
The reason our toothpicks are bone white is because they are made from veneer quality A-Grade wood milled from Northern White Birch in America.
Daneson is committed to protecting the world in which we live. For every one tree we use, we plant one hundred trees, prioritizing non-harvest regions.
